Some brides end up with two gowns or pairs of shoes for the big day.  I was a three veil bride.  One is still untouched in my closet – I felt too princessey.  The birdcage veil I had custom made was so incredibly beautiful that I cried when I sold it — it just didn’t go with my gown once I put it all together.  I ended up borrowing my BFF’s veil.  I would have saved a lot of money had I found Etsy seller VeiledBeauty.  Her pieces are so simple but stunning.
